great communication with dispatcher, always timely with responses via email and phone. gives truck lists when asked, open about capacity needs. dr's are always on time and when not, always given a timely update. they haul both flat bed and dry van.
- Dislikes
dr's not on electronic tracking, sometimes cannot match up capacity needs with our loads- but not there problem. easier to get updates from dispatcher rather than dr's sometimes. capacity needs aren't always the same lane which makes it harder for long term freight.
