Carrie was good. Driver missed p/u and didn't notify anyone of his delay. He made the drop early. Tracking was not good. Dispatcher was great with the communication. Both guys were very friendly and easy to work with

This was our first load with this carrier and they did a fine job, no issues with the pick up or delivery. No damages were made to the product and let us know when they arrived to delivery and pick up
