Dispatcher was nice and respectful, driver arrived at time for pick up. There was a delay in the shipper at the moment for the loading this was for a few hours and the detention was properly requested and rendered, updates from the driver and dispatcher were accurate at the time they were provided. Load was successfully delivered on time and also they tracked the whole time. Great job!
