I booked them on a partial load that was 2 crates. The driver picked up only 1 crate claiming it was 2pcs in 1 crate when the order was very clear with dims for 2pcs. Dispatch was unresponsive and then refused to pick up the 2nd pc and refused a rate reduction to make it right. Big loss for my company.
