We dispatched on the 9th to this driver to pick up on the 10th and deliver within 2 days. We agreed on a price which they accepted and agreed once they accepted our dispatch. After dispatch they contacted the customer and told her that she needed to pay them more. We cancelled the order and will not work with them again. You do not accept and order at one price and feel you have the right to call the customer and discuss another price.
