Verified Broker from Kentucky
Windy City Carriers, blatantly gave me false updates. According to dispatch driver gave me a false update on being unloaded because the driver didn't want dispatch to know that he missed his delivery appt.
I understand things like this happen but the problem is the driver gave me no heads up to recover this in a timely manner.
Dispatch did respond to me eventually but booking a weekend load, I'd like quicker responses to avoid these situations. Would use again but most likely not on weekend loads.
