I had a load on a 53-foot dry van, and I needed to unload one pallet. He agreed to use his liftgate to make it happen. During the delivery, some of the pallets couldn’t be unloaded, so he went to a warehouse to do a cross-dock. By the time that was finished, he didn’t have enough time to return and complete the delivery that same day, so he came back the next day and delivered the remaining freight.
