Likes: Carrier has higher than 100k cargo insurance and can handle more valuable freight if needed. Made their above market rates seem more justifiable in those scenarios.
Dislikes: The carrier could improve on their communication. Did not necessarily do the best job at keeping us up to date with where our shipment was during the process.
