I have multiple loads todays, from different states, yet this carrier with 1 truck and zero inspections and 1 awful review continually keeps emailing me about my posted loads, NO dat or ITS account, do not use, they are a broker, multiple reps reaching out for 1 truck and huge red flag, again not hard to figure who these ppl are

Contracted to arrive/be loaded between 8a-11am with written confirmation of this requirement. Driver refused to pick up a phone or text without being threatened to void contract. Dispatcher lied about abiiity to meet the timeline requirement. Crane fee was wasted on these guys. "75 miles away" at 10:30 am with no regard for the situation or contract stipulations. Avoided my phone calls/texts until I threatened to pull the load. Pulled it anyway. Dispatcher Juan seems dumbfounded that I would make a negative review for this experience. He thinks it is ok to have a pay-by-hour crane wait 2-4 hrs for his driver to arrive late. This job was scheduled 3 days is advance and contracted to pay very well. Driver lied less than 24 hrs prior that he would be there at 10 am. No call to tell me otherwise until I tracked the dispatcher down.
