It is a rushy month for the freight industry and it is hard to get carriers looking to run short routes, we were having a hard time trying to cover this load because the prior carrier got confused and thought that the pick-up was for midnight he confused the 12:00 with 00:00, like how? well, he canceled the load stating that he thought the pick-up was for midnight not for midday, well we started our search and these amazing team showed up like a miracle, and with a short 30-minute window for pick-up up they made it in time saving us from failing the customer.
