Likes: Victor let us know that the shipper was not loading him when he arrived and that the shipment was not ready. It turns out it was just an incorrect pick up number and we were able to get that resolved fairly quickly.
Dislikes: Eugene was running behind to the receiver due to high winds in Arizona. We were not informed that he was late until we received a copy of the POD. Did not cause much of an issue considering he was unloaded.
