Good carrier overall but we had a bit of a messy situation. Bigger company and the dispatcher was not great on communication and decided to tell a driver to go home after we had a receiver waiting on them. Onboarding process was not great either as their legal department redlined our contract.

I had the driver Ray call me to book a load, the set with the dispatcher was easy, Ray was suppose to pick up on Tuesday, he called me and said he to cancel due to his apt got push, I told him he could pick up on Wednesday, he let me know once he picked up and delivered, only negative was the POD took a while, but the driver did his job.
