I booked a 53 VAN with the dispatcher, the set was quick and easy, they passed the eta with the driver information over fast. The driver had issues at previous stop that caused a delay, they were fast to let me know that information, so they picked up and drop same day, the updates were quick and the driver delivered on time, pod was over fast too.
