Driver took load with hours of 0800-1800 to pick / never gave eta / 1 hour later I advised shipper not available 0900-1030am due to appt - "thanks for letting me know" was the response. Made receiver jump through hoops to ensure forklift onsite to unload next morning 0800-0900. 1345 driver advised he cancelled load as he was not going to wait until after 1030am to load it - no notice, no call nothing. Do not use - I now have to cover partial as dedicated truck to meet receiver committment.
