The driver was very rude throughout us asking for checking and out times. The chaos began when we thought the load was all delivered out and good to go and we get an email from dispatch and she stated that there were damaged pallets. The BOL she sent was very hard to read. We reached out to the customer which caused lot of confusion only to then be told an hour later by dispatch that the whole time she was talking to us about the wrong load.
