Was a bit frustrating working w/them as their communication isn't good. They picked up on time and then delivered/dropped very early...but we didn't know until three days later. They swapped out drivers w/out notice and we were already having tracking issues, once they finally got back to us is when we were told it had dropped days earlier by a local driver.

Carrier provides bonded services through the US from both canada and MX. They make a very complicated process seem easy and provide solid communication & visibility throughout their transits.
- Dislikes
Rates can change dramatically on a dime. Will give pre-booked loads back if market changes and they think the rate is too low. Can make it hard as a broker to commit long term to any business with them. But excellent gauge for spot market current prices.
