Have been attempting to work with this carrier for some time. Based on conversations with sales about fleet size, equipment types, terminal locations, they seem like a solid opportunity to do business. But so far no real traction.
Very hard carrier to figure out. Their quoting process for award business is very confusing and non-traditional. Their "onboarding" or award confirmation process is even worse. Unless you are talking to a sales member who actually knows whats going on at this company, almost no point in sending them business to quote. Sounds like internally, they make it a point not to take spot freight from brokers.
