We have worked with their factoring company Riviera quite a few times, so we proceeded. We learned of their deceit after we paid their factoring company and then received an invoice from the actual carrier that Trans M hired to pull the load for a higher rate. We have been fighting with the factoring company to recover our funds. Good luck getting Trans on the phone after the fact.
