I was lucky enough to get to work with Tefera on this load who was both the dispatch and the driver. She made sure to always be easy to reach any time I needed an update on the load or at least call me back as soon as she could. There are a number of drivers that make it seem like tracking is so difficult, but not for Tefera. She had it up and running the entire trip with no problems at all. Well done
