I will never work with this carrier again, very poor communication and updates. We booked the load with the owner Tommaine Irons, he is not picking up the phone and answers to phone calls, emails and text messages and every time says that he is driving, even the driver is not answering, they were late for pick up, initially they said the ETA will be 4pm, but at 4pm when we called the driver he said he is 1.5 hours away from the pick up site, after that they didn't respond to us until next day's morning. In next day morning I called the owner in order to know if they were picked up the load or not, he told that the load was picked up and ETD is 9am, I called him at 9am in order to know if the driver is on site at the receiver, he didn't pick up the phone, I tried to reach him and called several times and at 9:24am he picked up the phone and yelled that the load was not picked up yesterday and hung up.
