We were working with a very reputable vendor and needed to get the product out of their warehouse asap. I set up a time for Frontline to pick up the freight but they never arrived. I did not receive communication from them that this did not occur. I reached out with no response and could not get in touch with them to know what was going on. They ended up picking up a few days later and needless to say the vendor was very unhappy. In this business, maintaining good relationships with our vendors is how we stay afloat. This lack of communication could have had us lose this account.
