I booked a load with LUIS, the set was easy, he was truthful whole way, I had asked him he had any freight in the truck he said yes, he another 1 pallet in the truck, he was late on the pick up but he let me know that, shipper was open late so it didnt matter, he picked up all the calls and responded to delivery each time I had called, sent me picture of the heavy traffic in NYC, was n touch until he delivered.
