What went poorly?

Shipmpent booked on Thursday for Friday 8 AM PU,
Friday 8 AM - dispatcher told me that they are on site / around noon shipper calls me and tells me that no truck yet,
Had to reschedule them for Monday 8 AM.
Now I found out they booked another load and havig issues.
