We were booking CA-OK load, they asked me for $3400, I said all I have is $3300 and they said they really need $3400. After that I went to my customer and asked for $100 more on this load, which was approved by them.
Once I came back to the carrier with the rate they asked for, they told me how they already booked 1 truck for $3650 and they will need more than $3400.
Do not use them, you will waste your time and you will make your company looking bad in the eyes of the customer.
