Louis booked a load with me 4 days ago, when I checked on the day of pick up, after wasting 4 days of the customer on the important load, he came up with an excuse that the truck has an issue and is not moving, but in reality he was moving and taking some other load, I could see it on the tracking and they didn't bother informing me about not taking this load until I called to check if everything was good, I gave him heads up that I'm going to report his mc but he ignored everything shamelessly and became unresponsive. Customer was mad at me for last minute cancellation of this load and I lost the trust she had on me.
People like Louis don't care about your situations and concerns and don't even bother to update you on time if they wanted to cancel the load, Don't work with this person if you want to retain your customers.
