They said they would be on site at 8am, the shipper opened up at 9am, they got there early, the driver called me and then called me once they were done loading, and provided great updates on the load, and at delivery.

I worked with them only once, and no need for any improvement, the updates were great, it was blind shipment and they were told remove the labels which they did, so nothing to improve
