No show and no call, was not able to reach dispatch by phone. The main phone number for dispatch directs you to 888-404-5422 for night dispatch but that just puts you back in the same loop. Finally got through to the driver, who had accepted tracking but said he knew nothing about the load. Got a service failure, cancelled the load with them then they picked it up with a different driver before our recovery driver got there and didn't tell us.
