STL faced an unexpected challenge during the transportation of our client´s perishable goods. A refrigeration unit malfunctioned midway through the destination, potentially jeopardizing the entire shipment. However, Yusma the dispatcher that I was working with gave us a quick response and resourcefulness in sourcing a replacement unit minimized the impact on the cargo.
