We brokered a load to this carrier. We did our normal checks and nothing appeared suspicious. SSA double brokered the load to Webb Transporting and Logistics and Webb brokered it to an unsuspecting owner operator who was told it was a blind shipment and they would give them a new BOL where to deliver which is not where the load was suppose to go. They were trying to steal the copper.
