We booked this carrier for a very time sensitive shipment with a strict 8am PU. Talked with the driver 3 times between 6-8 am as his tracking was not moving closer to PU. The driver was 3 miles away from PU at 7:55am, and the driver confirmed g2g. 1 hour later the driver was 30 miles away and never picked the load and would not answer calls. Another 1.5 hours later he texts and said he has truck issues.
Dishonest and very poor carrier. Do not recommend.
