The carrier booked a partial load to pick up in Perris, CA on 10/4 but asked if they could pick up on 10/5 if need be and we agreed. On 10/5 we get a call from the carrier at 3 pm in the afternoon saying they could no longer pick our shipment up because they didn't have an available truck to do so leaving us hanging high and dry. Don't depend on these people they don't stand behind their commitments.
