James cleared up with us that the receiver took the entire shipment and that nothing on the pallets had sustained damage but that the pallets themselves were damaged. I appreciate him taking the time to confirm this confusion with us.

The driver Shamshir had an issue with some damaged pallets at the receiver but did not let us know. We received paperwork that mentioned the damage but luckily the receiver took the pallets anyway.
