I had shipment where this carrier needed make a delivery apt, they never did make the apt, the showed up at the receiver and got turned away, they claimed the address was incorrect, I told them they needed an apt, its was on the bol, they never made the apt after two follow up calls, I had to make the apt for them, then they want to charge storage on top of there fault, I would never use this carrier.
