Jimmy (dispatch) was very friendly and nice to work with. Only hiccup was a driver swap that happened after load picked up, so we didn't have tracking for 1/2 day. Once we reached out regarding this they got us updated right away, apologizing for forgetting to relay this. Both drivers were on time for appts and were responsive as well.
