I booked a flatbed hot shot with the dispatcher, we agreed on the rate, he sent the documents over right away, he advised the eta was 2 hours, driver was arrived on site, I got a email notification and a picture of the freight, he called and told me the truck was unloaded and sent the pod right away, they were easy to work with and def use again.
