This carrier communicated well. Unfortunately we had a pallet rejected do to a shipper receiver error after hours. It was egregious. He did not get a answer for over 3 days. Then three more weeks before we got approved to pay accessorial's. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism , communication, and patience.
