They slipped through the cracks on how we vet carriers. Had a partial floor loaded shipment. driver arrived late then refused to take the shipment. Shipper gave my contact to the driver to discuss and that's when we got all info on who was actually at our pickup. Booked Saincy and another carrier was sold the load from them with all details being different.
