RXO handled a shipment inbound to my warehouse in October of 2023. They lost the shipment and, when I emailed them @ CustomerCareMgmt@rxo.com, they never got back to me. I then contacted their parent/sister company XPO, who told me they could not help me and then forwarded my request cc'ing me and asked for a resolution and a response never came to that request either. Our shipment ended up landing to us eventually, a few days after I sent the request. I refuse to work with any carrier that ghosts me altogether when there is an issue.
