The driver did not arrive at the delivery location at the appointment time and was unreachable all day. Once the driver finally made contact with us, the driver was given benefit of the doubt, and the delivery was rescheduled to the following day. The driver was again late with the excuse that the driver entered the wrong address in the GPS system. Driver refused to provide location information to the broker, only that driver was 70 miles from the delivery site.
