We assigned this carrier a shipment through Central Dispatch. They accepted the job, confirmed pickup and delivery dates, but failed to deliver the vehicle after multiple delays. On the final day, someone using the company’s official number claimed to have “hired drivers online” and demanded $4,000 in crypto to complete delivery. This is a clear case of fraud and attempted extortion. The carrier became completely unresponsive after that. Avoid working with this company at all costs — we’ve reported them to Central Dispatch and law enforcement.
