Missed the appointment for the pick up . After calling the driver asking where he is , he said he is 2 hours away from pick up . After couple minutes the dispatch sent me long email that they have 2 rejected pallets and that I should recover the load .They are 26 years in business so I was amazed that they had such attitude .
Issues like this happens all the time I get it . The problem I have is that they never gave me an update and the dispatch and the driver gave me different information and they started to show attitude when confronted.
