This was a next day delivery load, but they have delivered this load 5 days later. There was no communication between us and dispatcher for 3 days. In the meantime they changed the truck without even telling us.
They said that the previos trucks had some issues, but they didn't send a single proof of that.
Overall it was a really bad experience.
