Driver called the day of delivery around 10 am saying they won't be able to make the delivery and are like 5-6 hours out of a 1pm cutoff. Had to reschedule appointment since they missed. I do appreciate them calling though a lot of carriers don't even seem to inform you until you contact them for some reason!
