DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER AGIAN - The driver picked up a compressor in Houston on Monday that was going to Arlington, WA for a Friday delivery. On Friday we can't get ahold of the dispatcher or the driver all day and finally at the end of the day Wyatt gets ahold of the driver and he says he will deliver on Monday morning. On Monday morning Wyatt texts the driver to find out that he won't deliver until Tuesday now. When I called back to the dispatcher I asked stan to call the receiver and get everything set up. At 3pm on Monday, we get a call saying the driver nor the dispatcher never have contacted the receiver and the receiver was getting frustrated. The driver nor the dispatcher feels it is important to coordinate their deliveries until the driver actually arrives on site.
