PVG NEVER tracked they accepted tracking in order to get full load details but never actually pinged a location tried several times to get them to refresh tracking and they never did driver never responded when asked for updates and dispatch responded on and off but took a while to get the information we needed still waiting for proof of delivery for 4 days now
