Overview
Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. was founded by Kevin Maddox in May of 2001. It all started with one fuel truck, a small location in Pleasant Hill and a big idea. The idea was to deliver smaller than usual quantities of fuel to customer locations while providing unparalleled customer service. Kevin took this idea, applied a little luck and a lot of work to create a winning formula for PSPI customers.
