This is a scam company. Do not use this company. They will extort customers and steal belongings.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AVOID!!! THEY WILL EXTORT YOU AND STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS.
I hired a moving broker and signed a binding moving quote. The broker then hired a carrier, Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists, to conduct my move. This carrier's DOT number is 'not authorized' and should not be operating or be in business, period. After my belongings were on their truck, a few days later Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists told me I have 'more cubic footage,' and want me to pay them over 50% more! And of course, they want payment in cash. Firstly, most scam movers will try to assess your move by cubic feet, as this is more subjective than weight (so, go with movers who can quote you by weight). I knew my exact cubic footage, and said so, however, I was ignored and the movers stopped communicating for 3 weeks. Until, they suddenly called me to deliver same-day with 3 hours' notice. At delivery, they demanded payment in cash of the increased amount, or they would drive away. I paid them so I could get my belongings back, as living without my belongings for almost 2 months was very hard, and I could not handle going without my furniture, clothes, and critical documents any longer. I tried to call local police, to which the delivery movers smirked, knowing the police would see it as a 'civil matter' and not send an officer. These are professional scammers and know that local police will be of no help.
The people running Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists are the same scammers/known criminals who set up the now-defunct scam moving companies AMM Moving, PackRite, etc. Incredible they are still out here scamming and hurting people.
