USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: I HAD A LOAD WITH THEM BOOKED AND WAS TOLD DRIVERS ETA WAS 1100. AT 1300 I EMAILED MAKING SURE PICK UP WENT SMOOTHLY. WAS GIVEN SOME EXCUSE ABOUT TRUCK BEING DOWN. THIS WAS A HOT LOAD AND THEY WERE MADE AWARE OF THIS AND REASSURED ME IT WOULD BE PICKED UP AT 1100. MORAL OF THE STORY THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE LOAD.
