i had such great help on this load from dispatcher Sava. She made sue the driver was right on time for both pickup and delivery as well as helped me keep tracking up and running at all times. if there was ever a ping that was missed a manual ping was sent in seconds. Was easy to know just where my load was at all times. Super friendly and really easy to talk to and work with. A+++

Great experience with this carrier. They had a team and told me to send the load for the posted rate while solo's were consistently asking for more money to do the same load. Needless to say, I sent them a rate con with extra money as a token of appreciation. They did an excellent job and updates were given promptly without the need to ask. (Always a plus) They provided accurate ETA's and provided the POD in a timely manner as well. I have not been able to use them since August of last year. Came close but I just didn't have money in the loads to get them what they needed. You get what you pay for. If I get an important load that has fair money in it, I know who I'm calling
