Mixed experience here, not all good and not all bad. No responsiveness from dispatch but driver was in frequent contact with text updates, and tracked throughout.
At the delivery the receiver called me asking not to have the driver ever return, due to a dispute / swearing (hard to say what really happened) about sweeping out the trailer.

There was an error in the system at the shipper so we needed the driver to send us a copy of the hand written BOL which he did immediately.

We used this carrier in the past and had no issues but this time the dispatchers wouldn't let an Owner Operator do a load because the Carrier wanted more money and the Owner-Operator was happy with the pay as the was going 150 miles and paying $650 for pick up and delivery the same day.

The Owner-Operator said he wanted the load and was heading towards the shipper's area until he got the pickup address. The Dispatcher called us and started asking 100 questions on the load about was it good, and the full description of the load, then they said what is the rate, we told them and they said sorry we can't do that load it has to pay us at least $1200 or we aren't going to do the load. When we told them it was going 150 miles they said they don't care who agrees to do the load they were not going to allow anyone to haul it on their authority and started getting rude with us, so we called the Owner Operator back and told him what was going on and he got mad with Pink Panther and said he was going to look for another company to lease on with.

Ran a couple spot loads off of DAT. They got the job done but their rates are very high
- Dislikes
Don't really have any interest in working with these guys again. They will quote you $2000 over truck cost and won't budge a dollar on the rate. Dispatcher is not a pleasant person to speak with
